Foam Workout Mat is ideal for stretching, yoga and all ground based exercises. With a thickness of 1cm the mat adds a degree of cushioning between the user and the floor. Finished in a textured finish, the mats come with two holes for easy storage on a wall based rack and both sides are usable for workouts.
